At Saddle Pass Company, every order is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, shipping and processing times may vary.

Processing Times: Orders are generally processed within 5–10 business days. This allows us time to customize your order and ensure it meets our quality standards.  During peak seasons or holidays, please allow extra time for order fulfillment.

Shipping Times: Once your order is complete, shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location and carrier availability. Please note that we are based in a rural area, and carrier pickup/delivery schedules may sometimes extend transit times.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location. Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be clearly noted on eligible items or orders.

Custom & Bulk Orders: Larger custom or bulk orders may require additional time. If this applies to your order, we’ll communicate expected timelines with you directly.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages: Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with your local carrier office or neighbors before contacting us.
