Refund policy
At Saddle Pass Company, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Custom, personalized, or final-sale items cannot be returned. If an item defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us so we may serve you fairly. To start a return, please contact us at support@saddlepass.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon by shop owners, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items and must be requested within 30 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping costs. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund; after this timeframe, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
